(a) The application for a registration shall be on forms provided by the city clerk-treasurer and shall include the following information.

(b) The business registration shall be issued following the occurrence of the listed events:

(1) A determination by the city that the location of the business is within the proper zone;

(2) The payment of the registration fee;

(3) A determination by the fire marshal and the building inspector/code enforcement officer that, according to the latest inspection report, the business premises meet all applicable fire, life safety and building codes. (Ord. 1778,, 2009.)
