This chapter shall not apply to responsible fraternal, paternal, labor or charitable organizations, school, and churches or similar organizations when the proceeds of such dances are used exclusively for the benefit of such organizations, schools, churches or similar organizations, and are held under the exclusive sponsorship and control of such organizations, schools, churches or similar organizations.
