The provisions of this chapter shall become effective and remain in full force and effect on and after the first day of April 1981. The first quarterly statement as provided in Selah Code 4.06.050 shall be due on July 31, 1981 for the period of April 1 to June 30, 1981. (Ord. 764, § 1, 1981.)
