Any person desiring to obtain a license for the conduct of any billiard or pool hall or bowling alley shall make application in writing to the city council. The application shall describe the property and plan of operation. The council shall consider the application and the suitability of the person or persons who will conduct the business. The council upon approval of the application shall order the clerktreasurer to issue a license upon the payment of the license fee. (Ord. 441,, 1970.)
