Any person found guilty of a violation of the provisions of Section 3.06.010 shall be fined in any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars or imprisoned in the city jail for a term not exceeding thirty days, or may be both fined and imprisoned. (Ord. 154, § 2, 1949.)
