(a) It shall be unlawful for any person, except the owner or someone with the owner's consent or authorized city, county, or state personnel, or employees of the solid waste company that owns the waste container, in the performance of their duties, to rummage, explore, tamper with, move, remove, tip, deface, destroy, scavenge, or otherwise search a "commercial/industrial bin" or "container" for waste as those terms are defined at Section 3.02.010.

(b) It shall be unlawful for any person to enter into and remain within a "commercial/industrial bin" as defined at Section 3.02.010, for the purpose of seeking shelter or for any other purpose. (Ord. 2055, § 1, 2018.)
