Any person convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in jail for no more than ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. The penalty provided for in this chapter is cumulative to and in addition to any other remedies or penalties that may be enforced through Chapter 6.75, Code Enforcement.
