It shall be unlawful for any person to burn any refuse, rubbish, garbage or recyclable materials or other waste matter except in compliance with all applicable ordinances, laws and regulations of the city of Selah, county and state. (Ord. 2027, § 1, 2017; Ord. 1151, § 1, 1994.)
