Except for culinary purposes, no person shall permit the carcass of any dead animal, bird, fowl or fish owned or kept by him to remain within the city limits for more than twenty-four hours after the discovery of the death thereof. (Ord. 2027, § 1, 2017; Ord. 1151, § 1, 1994.)
