A fee of six hundred five dollars per ERU shall be assessed for any connection made to the city's water system. Such fee, as set forth in Selah Municipal Code Section 9.02.136, is assessed for the purpose of recovering capital costs associated with improvements necessary to the city's water system to in-crease capacity.
