(a) 

No refund for reduction of meter size from existing meter size.

(b) Property located outside the municipal boundary shall pay one hundred fifty percent of the applicable sewage system plant investment fee for municipal residents.

(c) The sewage system plant investment fee is due when the request is made to install the water meter. Applicants for meters one and one-half inches or larger may pay the sewage plant investment fee in three equal installments with one-third due at the time of application and the balance in two equal installments which are due one year and two years from the date of the original application.

(d) The sewage system plant investment fee, for a connection to the municipal sewage system when no connection is proposed to the municipal water system, shall be based on a comparable water meter size required to serve the proposed use (i.e., three-fourths inches water meter for a single-family residence; one inch water meter to serve a duplex; etc.) as determined by the director of public works. The sewer system plant investment fee, when no connection to the municipal water system is proposed, is due in full when the request is made to connect to the sewage system. (Ord. 1449, § 3, 1999.)
