20.24.080 Fire code plan review fee.

When a plan or other data is required to be submitted, a plan review fee shall be paid at the time of submitting plans and specifications for review. Said plan review fee shall be: |

The plan review fees specified are separate fees from the permit fees and are in addition to those fees; where plans are incomplete or changed so as to require additional plan review, an additional plan review fee shall be charged at a rate of: |

EXTERIOR SITE INSPECTION (MINIMUM CHARGE – ONE HOUR)
Initial inspection fee is based on the hourly rate of the current fee schedule, and the minimum shall be one hour. If no more than one reinspection is needed, there is no additional charge.
If more than one reinspection is necessary, the fee is based on the hourly rate of the current fee schedule, and the minimum shall be one hour per each reinspection.
When more than one structure is on the same property, each additional building or facility will be assessed an additional fee.
Technical assistance and an off-site preinspection survey will be provided upon request at no charge. This will be followed by an initial inspection. Following the initial inspection, reinspections will be necessary. When necessary corrections, if any, have been made, a certificate of occupancy will be issued for the building or facility.
