A joint operating agreement between the city of Selah and Yakima County Fire Protection District No. 2, for fire prevention and protection, was previously approved and adopted by the city council via Resolution No. 1002. Subsequent amendments, replacements or alternative similar types of agreements between the city of Selah and Yakima County Fire Protection District No. 2 or its successor or replacement may be approved and adopted by the city council from time to time via resolution or ordinance.
