Any person or entity violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to punishment of a fine up to one thousand dollars or by imprisonment up to ninety days, or both, for each violation. (Ord. 2208, § 1 (Exh. A), 2023; Ord. 90, Sec. 14, 1940.)
