(1) All structures located within water bodies shall not preclude navigability of those waters at any time, and shall be clearly marked so as to provide no hazard to navigation on those waters.

(2) Aquaculture facilities shall avoid significant conflict with water-dependent uses, the spreading of disease, introduction of nonnative species, or impacts to shoreline aesthetic qualities. (Ord. 2123, § 1 (Att.), 2021.)
