(a) The city will conduct permit reviews for WSDOT projects on state highways within ninety days, pursuant to RCW 47.01.485.

(b) Pursuant to RCW 90.58.140, WSDOT projects that address significant public safety risks may begin twenty-one days after the date of filing if all components of the project will achieve no net loss of shoreline ecological functions. (Ord. 2123, § 1 (Att.), 2021.)
