"Special flood hazard area" means the land in the floodplain identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency that is subject to a one percent or greater chance of flooding in any given year; commonly known as the one-hundred-year floodplain. (Ord. 2123, § 1 (Att.), 2021.)
