For purposes of administering the shoreline master program, "single improved recreational vehicle site" means a site on which a recreational vehicle, as defined in Section 16.02.322, may be parked with minimal services (such as electricity, well and septic system), without a garage or carport, and without large accessory buildings (small detached storage sheds or accessory structures totaling 120 square feet or less may be allowed).
