For purposes of administering the shoreline master program, "single improved recreational vehicle site" means a site on which a recreational vehicle, as defined in Section 16.02.322, may be parked with minimal services (such as electricity, well and septic system), without a garage or carport, and without large accessory buildings (small detached storage sheds or accessory structures totaling 120 square feet or less may be allowed). Recreational vehicle sites not meeting these criteria are considered single-family residences. (Ord. 2123, § 1 (Att.), 2021.)
