For purposes of administering the shoreline master program, "cabin" means a small single-family residence of eight hundred square feet or less, without a garage or carport and without large accessory buildings. Small accessory buildings, such as detached storage sheds or accessory structures totaling one hundred twenty square feet or less, may be allowed. Dwellings not meeting these standards are considered standard single-family residences. (Ord. 2123, § 1 (Att.), 2021.)
