For purposes of administering the shoreline master program, "cabin" means a small single-family residence of eight hundred square feet or less, without a garage or carport and without large accessory buildings. Small accessory buildings, such as detached storage sheds or accessory structures totaling one hundred twenty square feet or less, may be allowed.
