The city adopts and incorporates as if fully set forth herein the City of Selah Design, Construction Standards, and Specifications Manual for Public Works Improvements, as it now exists or is hereafter amended, as set forth in Exhibit "A" of the ordinance codified in this chapter, as its standards and specifications for use with public works projects.
