Said fund is established in accordance with and shall be maintained, regulated and handled as provided for in Sections 9351-1 et seq., of Remington's Revised Statutes of Washington, and all acts supplemental and amendatory thereto. Warrants shall be drawn on said fund for the payment of principal and interest on bonds or warrants guaranteed by said fund. (Ord. 72A, § 4, 1934.)
