There is hereby created a fund to be known as the off-street parking cumulative reserve fund, pursuant to Chapter 302, Laws of 1959, and amended by Chapter 186, Laws of 1961, and adding a new section to Chapter 302, Laws of 1959. (Ord. 272, § 1, 1962.)
