The principles and standards for future development and utilization of future growth of the city of Selah, together with the regulations and restrictions for land use and development, being the city of Selah Zoning Code (Selah Code, Chapter 10) as heretofore and hereafter amended, shall apply to the described area in the manner set forth on the map.
