Every application for a subdivision shall be accompanied by an environmental checklist as provided for in Chapter 11.40 which shall be processed in accordance with Chapter 11.40 prior to consideration of the preliminary plat application by the hearing examiner. (Ord. 2173, § 2 (Exh. A), 2022.)
