No building or other structure shall be erected, moved, added to or structurally altered without a permit issued by the building official pursuant to RCW 19.27 and S.M.C. Title 11. No building permit shall be issued except in conformity with the provisions of this title. (Ord. 1634, § 121, 2004.)
