In the event that the entire city council is unavailable, too injured, or is deceased, the line of succession is as follows:
(1) City administrator;
(2) The mayor shall publish, at least yearly, the remainder of the succession list for staff positions as acting mayor. (Ord. 1879, § 1, 2012; Ord. 1441, § 2, 1999.)
