The following named employees of the city of Selah shall, before assuming the duties of their respective offices, give a bond acceptable to the city for the faithful discharge of their official duties:

In addition, from time to time, the city is authorized to provide bonds for sufficient notary publics.

In addition, a blanket position bond policy for all city employees in the sum of two thousand five hundred dollars is authorized. (Ord. 582, § 1, 1975; Ord. 3, § 1, 1919.)
